


In order to take care of others we need to first take care of ourselves. We can't take care of others if we aren't 100%. Take my self-care challenge to get back to feeling like yourself and take back your life. We all need to carve out space for ourselves to take care of our minds, our bodies and our souls. Self-care helps with stress, anxiety, depression, and helps us refocus and it will help your overall well-being.
Daily: Do 1 thing a day for you. All you need is 10-15 minutes or longer if you have the time!
Weekly: Spend a day for yourself. If you have a day off, spend it like a vacation day! Get out of your pajamas and go do something you want to do!
